Position: Sr Program Manager

Location: Farmington Hills, MI

Duration: 12 Months

PMP certification preferred

Must Have:

infotainment Domain Exp (Automotive)

Job Description:

• Bachelor in Engineering or Equivalent, Masters preferred
  
• 10+ years related technical experience, preferably with Japense OEM's
  
• 5+ years senior in a leadership, program management, customer, supplier relationships, preferably on Toyota programs. 
  
• Extensive experience in consulting and/or client-facing role is preferred
  
• Must have general knowledge of automotive infotainment systems and their applications.
  
• Recent significant systems/software experience with complex development cycles that span multiple release versions.
  
• Must be able to articulate vision and influence decision making outcomes with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and the customer.
  
• Must have a "whatever-it-takes" attitude using diplomatic leadership skills within a collaborative teamwork environment to accomplish the necessary results.
  
• Proven and effective communication, analytical, judgment, initiative and execution skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications & Desired Competencies:

• Expertise in driving complex cost reduction projects and program deliverables
  
• Business acumen
  
• Analytical thinking
  
• Drive for Results, Team Player, Change Orientation, Customer Focus, Self-Awareness
  
• Experience with managing distributed development teams is preferred
  

Eligibility Requirements:

• Willingness to work in an office in Farmington Hills, Michigan
  
• Willingness to submit to a background screen and a drug test
