Relevant Experience (in Yrs)	10 – 12 Years
Technical/Functional Skills	Core .NET Technologies
Experience Required	.Net, Familiarity with Agile, Banking Knowledge ( Mortgage Banking Preferable), Unit, String, Integration testing knowledge
Roles & Responsibilities	Understand the Application Architecture. Able to provide recommendations to the program on the solution Stakeholder Management Risk Management – Foresee risks and advise program team accordingly Report the status to TCS Program Manager and customer.
Generic Managerial Skills	Leadership skills: Ability to drive work to completion, drive/ make technical decisions & ability to influence. Strong Communication Skills – Ability to communicate clear expectations and directions. Ability to negotiate as and when needed. Strong Interpersonal skills – Ability to perform as team player and build inter personal relationships. Traverse the learning curve quickly. Large scale project planning through implementation experience.
Education	Bachelors Degree with Computer Science (or) Electronics/ Electrical sciences.
Duration of assignment (in Months)	12 months
Work Location	Columbus, Ohio
