UI Developer

Skills and Experience

5 + years of experience developing front end applications and reusable UI components for web and mobile applications

In-depth understanding with object oriented JavaScript programming using designs and patterns, HTML (preferably HTML 5), CSS, HTTP, AJAX, JQuery, JSON, XML

Experience with Angular, Backbone, Node, NPM, Gulp, Grunt, Bootstrap, Browserify

Solid understanding of MVC

Ability to hand code HTML and CSS and JavaScript

Familiarity with browser capabilities and debugging

Ability to write code that meets web accessibility guidelines (WCAG or section 508)

Expertise with cross-browser, cross-platform, and design constraints on the web.

Experience with REST APIs

Excellent verbal communication skills

Project is provide a recommendation for a cloud platform to enable real-time data acquisition and distribution (IoT type project)

40 hour work schedule

Project team of 4 people (3 are CTP employees)
