Cognos Developer with DYNAMIC CUBES

Location: Baltimore, MD

Rate $50hr/CTC

Term:3+ months with possible extension

 

This developer will be expected to create Cognos 10.2 cubes and reports.

 

The ideal candidate should have the following skills:

 

Required Skills:        

Experience in DMR modeling best practices and techniques

Experience in developing OLAP cubes for Cognos BI Reporting

Must have DYNAMIC CUBES experience

Experience in building interactive dashboard using cubes as the source.

Implementing security in cubes.

Should have good MDX/SQL skills to build and trouble shoot analysis and reports

 

Desired Skills:

Hands on experience in developing in Cognos 10 BI Suite of Tools

Strong metadata modeling skills utilizing Framework Manager

Experience in dash boarding / charting capabilities

Extensive experience in Cognos IBM Connection, Cognos Workspace, Report Studio, Event Studio, Query Studio and Analysis Studio
