Location   :  San Antonio, Texas

Skill set    : 

Position @ San Antonio, Texas location, Experience level 8-10 years.

 

1)      Experienced with WDE Developer (Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition erstwhile IWS (Interaction Workspace. Experience customizing WDE using C#))

2)      C#, Prism, Genesys eServices, Genesys routing, Genesys SDK

3)      Configured tool for incoming call center environment

4)       Able to choose best option (OOTB, Customization) rather following either of one

5)      Experienced with GVP (Genesys Voice Portal)

6)      Experienced with eServices (email) – mandatory

Person should have hands on experience with above mentioned area rather than experienced on a Support/Admin role.

and SOA Automation

Hands-on knowledge of automation scripting, and

Record all the test cases and outcomes

Lead the review of automation framework and suggest
