Role : Java Developer
Location : Boca Raton, Florida
Contract: 6+ months
Rate: $45/hr. on C2C
Job Description:
Will lead/participate in the design, development and deployment of transactional e-commerce websites and tools.
Strong e-Commerce and Software Product Development Experience, overall 5-8 years experience in application development, JEE, SOA / Web Services
Required Skills:
Three or more years of E-commerce and/or software product development experience
Three or more years of experience with Java, J2EE, Object-oriented design principles, EJB, JSP, Struts, AJAX, CSS and HTML
Experience in designing, marking up, developing the UI of websites and/or web applications
Experience with Web sphere Application Server or Web Logic
Experience working with SOA / Web Services is a plus
Working knowledge/hand on experience with JavaScript APIs such as JQuery
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Desired Skills:
Spring MVC
In –memory and external caching frameworks
Experience working with Microsoft SQL server
Experience working within Agile teams
Master's degree in Computer Science a plus
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a team of developers and business analysts to ensure quality and timely project completion
Design and develop solutions based on business and technical requirements.
Maintain and enhance e-commerce sites as per requirements
Ability to think out of the box and design concrete, robust and scalable solutions
