1. Provide Hardware support for Data Center and remote SCADA/Client locations, including configurations for equipment
2. Provide planning and installation of new equipment and de-installation of old equipment
3. Manage Service Requests, Incidents, and Problems across all PNG Networks
4. Provide technical support (e.g., Level 2 and Level 3 support) for all Hardware/Equipment in the Data Center computing infrastructure and for in-scope Services running in PNG remote locations
