Client: Essilor Laboratories

Service Delivery & Program Manager for client in their Dallas, TX location.  The qualified candidate will possess 7+ years of experience in three major areas, including: Proven record to successfully lead and deliver complex programs, Senior Consultant experience, and Strong knowledge of BI Analytics and Enterprise Reporting frameworks.

Description:

Service Delivery & Program Manager to support multiple IT Service Lines and ensure successful delivery of BI programs; all critical Enterprise initiatives lined up for 2016

Responsibilities for this Position Include:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work across Service Lines, Business Leads, and outside partners to ensure successful delivery of project.  Heavily focus on Oracle OBIE, EDW, MDM, EBS, EDI, Ecommerce, Integration, and Content Management delivery functions.
• Leverage EPMO established framework, PM, BA, and Tech Leads to ensure all project deliverables, including Solution Architecture, are delivered.
• Leverage industry best practices in achieving above deliverables and mentor staff.
• Serve as primary IT point of contact for Business Leads throughout the delivery. Work closely with business and IT stakeholders.  Manager Program Leadership, Communication, and Delivery aspects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Proven track record to successfully lead and deliver complex, multi-year, cross functional, and multi-million valued programs
2. Strong knowledge and expertise of BI Analytics and Enterprise reporting frameworks, from technology, business processes, functional, program management, and enterprise coordination standpoint
3. Sr. consultant experience, worked in similar role with mid to large size enterprises in past
