Experience in managing global projects Strong experience in web applications development methodologies with experience in delivering projects using JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTML, Java, Web Services and SQL Solid experience of web applications performance improvement techniques Good understanding of project management principles Must be able to brainstorm and communicate technology ideas and issues with peers Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills Excellent organizational and documentation skills Experience with Agile Methodology PMP Certification is a plus Responsibilities: Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and provide input in high level design discussions Manage execution of multiple concurrent projects of different size and complexity Ability to drive a project from concept to delivery. Drive quality software solutions on schedule and to specification Identify, mitigate, prioritize, manage, resolve project issues, constraints, dependencies and risks Formulate and execute project plans, and manage cross-functional project teams.
