Position Details:
• To be responsible for full life cycle of recruitment, which includes multi-channel sourcing, screening, qualifying, closing high level skills in time, negotiation with applicants and extend offers.
• Sourcing the Candidates through Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch etc.), Data Bank, Personal Network, Employee Referrals.
• In-depth understanding of the IT skills and source candidates according to the requirement. Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in hiring Junior level to Senior management level.
• To work with the Business-Heads and line managers for fulfilling timely resource requirements through external hiring of resources.
• To plan and strategize all the recruitment activities within defined time frames.
• To develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• To maintain MIS reports.
• Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
• A proven track record of successfully sourcing hard-to-find candidates.
