Quality Assurance Analyst with healthcare

Location: Schaumburg, IL

Duration: 12-24 M

Rate: $40-45/hr c2c 

 

Requirements:

-        Previous experience in quality assurance, specifically with performance data;

-        Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of quality experience 

-        Experience setting up quality metrics and monitoring tools;

-        Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills;

-        A passion for determining the effectiveness of interactions;

-        A passion for problem solving when issues are uncovered;

-        Call Center or Help Desk background is desired;

-        Previous experience in the healthcare industry is desired.
