POSITION: EXECUTIVE LEVEL SUPPLY CHAIN LEADER

LOCATION: CLEVELAND, OH

DURATION: 6 MONTHS

Need Executive level performance experience(not an operational manager)

TIMELINE

Need to be interviewing by mid-January and on-boarded by end of January 2016!

 

 

Work Stream 2: Interim Executive Level Supply Chain Leadership

 

A.      My client will provide an interim senior level supply chain executive, for a six (6) month duration, to serve as Customer's supply chain executive to address, but not limited to below outlined areas:

 

1)      Assist Customer in preparing and executing the supply chain vision and strategic plan, as well as, redesigning supply chain operations and assisting in the implementation of the new supply chain structure to support financial, clinical and quality targets, which drive improved outcomes;

2)      Assist Customer in the hiring/interviewing process for talented leadership individuals and mentoring of current manager/line staff on behaviors and expectations;

3)      Provide day to day operational oversight;

4)      Establish a formal supply chain communication plan across Customer;

5)      Refresh and validate OA department profiles annually, comparing current performance to benchmarks and implement performance improvement plan as needed, including the operational structure, realignment of contract administrators, buyers and analysts, and;

6)      Develop a plan to update existing policies and procedures.

 

Skills needed:

• Develop Vision and strategy
• Re-design department for people, processes. and technology enablers
• Develop a decision support
• Executive interaction at the C-level of the organization
