Job Description:
The PeopleSoft Financials Functional Analyst provides functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials modules. Analyzes business requirements and creates functional specifications to meet business requirements. Provides functional expertise in identifying and evaluating requirements, testing and configuring PeopleSoft Financials modules. Plans and executes system, integration and acceptance testing. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
* At least of 5 years of strong functional experience in PeopleSoft Financials modules.
* Strong experience in Accounts Receivable module is a must.
* Strong functional experience working with customizations in PeopleSoft Financial Applications.
* Experience working in integration of external systems with PeopleSoft Financials.
* Assist in the design, development, system, User Acceptance Testing of PeopleSoft Financial modules.
* Facilitate requirement sessions with process owners to identify and document business requirements and prepare functional design documents.
* Proficient with documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, support documentation, user guides, workflow processes and test cases
* Experience in planning developing, executing and documenting results of System testing and User acceptance testing
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional and project teams within Finance and IT organizations.
* Assist in the training and orientation of other team members and functional end users.
* Experience in creating PS Queries is a plus
* Manage the requirements through the project lifecycle by establishing and maintaining agreements between the customer and the project team
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels including executive management
* Proficient requirements meeting facilitator, demonstrated experience in facilitating sessions (10 to 20 people) using techniques to help define scope and requirements during the lifecycle
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
* Experience with SDLC and at least one or two project management methodologies
Education requirement: BS in Computer Science or 7 years' experience

Title: PeopleSoft Financials Technical Analyst

Job Description:
The PeopleSoft Technical Analyst Lead designs, develops, tests and implements PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain Management applications utilizing company standard development procedures and techniques that support the requirements defined by users and analysts. TA Proactively works with business units to understand business requirements and to conceptualize the methods and techniques for obtaining solutions defined by the development methodology. The TA translates functional business requirements into technical specifications focusing on integrated and reusable solutions and defines project scope and prioritization.
* At least five years of proven technical experience in PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain Management applications in one or more of the following PeopleSoft Modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Billing, eProcurement, Purchasing, Order Management, Travel & Expenses or Project Costing.
* Strong PeopleSoft technical experience in designing, developing, testing and implementation of customizations in PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain Management Applications.
* Experience working in integration of external systems with PeopleSoft Financials.
* Experience in PeopleSoft Finance application version 8.9 or above with PeopleTools 8.49 or above.
* Strong technical knowledge of PeopleSoft, including proficiency developing with PeopleTools 8.5x using Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, Workflow, XML/BI Publisher, Web Services, Unix and SQR is required.
* Knowledge of development methodologies including working with an offshore model for development and support.
* Develops a positive working relationships and a strong rapport with team members, and is able to influence decisions at the business unit level.
* Ability to both facilitate and actively participate in meetings with representatives from multiple businesses and/or IT units.
* Demonstrates strong time management, organizational, & administrative skills.
* Positive Attitude, Ethics and Values which support our company's values, and a healthy, high performance culture.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and drive execution of assigned tasks.
