• 5 – 7 years Technology experiences support Production and non-production systems including: trouble-shooting, systems analysis, analysis of connection issues, 

 thread dumps, heap dumps, logs, and core files

• 3+ years IBM MQ Administration experiences including the MQ JMS and JNDI functions

• 3+ Years Unix scripting experience
