GIS Desktop Developer

Houston, TX

8-10 years Exp

6-12 Months Contract

 

Job Description:

 

·         Strong ESRI ArcGIS Runtime API or Arc Objects skills.

·         Strong JAVA and Eclipse RCP skills.

·         Extensive experience working with ESRI suite (ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Desktop and ArcSDE).

·         Experience working with Coordinate Systems Transformations and Projections handling implementations of industry standards such as EPSG and WKT.

·         Experience working with Coordinate Transformations Engines such as ESRI or Blue Marble.

·         Experience working with scripting languages, preferably Python. (ESRI ArcPy API knowledge is desirable but not required).

·         BS or MS in Computer Science, GIS or Geography with development background.

·         8+ years of relevant experience for See Lead
