Job Description: 

The Application Support Analyst will provide operational support for a suite of developer tools, such as, Atlassian Jira, Confluence and Stash along with Gihub and Microsoft Team Foundation Server.  Support will include an on call rotation.  Communicate with clients and key stakeholders and respond to tickets within the defined SLA.  Responsible for documenting, installing, and configuring software and applications developed internally and externally.

 

Qualifications:

•             Minimum 3 years of experience working with Jira.

•             Support Analyst requires taking part in an on-call rotation
