· Serve as the lead resource responsible for the overall design and development of applications and systems.
· Define requirements and create architectural specifications.
· Provide leadership to client and internal stakeholders.
· Serve as the subject matter expert in all phases of design and development; mentor team members as needed.
· Help ensure projects are delivered successfully, on-time, and within budget.
· Work with team to create a POC for Client review
Skills and Experience Needed
Technical Experience:
· 5+ years of System Analyst / Business Analyst experience
· Understanding of SDLC and Waterfall methodology
· Strong relational database skills
Non-technical Skills:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able effectively present information to audiences with various levels of technical understanding
· Technical writing skills
· Excellent analytical skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to necessary timelines
· Some level of PBM experience
Desired Skills:
· Experience in healthcare a plus
· PBM background a plus
· Prior development experience
· Experience with Medicare Part D
