Job Description:
Working Knowledge and experience in IVR - Routing, Reporting work stream for Call Center or Care Center projects.
· Knowledge in IVR application, Call Server, ICM, QUEUE, CALLS (Agent Front end Application)
· Experience to work with business team and active participation in User Acceptance Testing
· Good working knowledge in Test Management Tools Like : Quality Center, Rational Clear Quest etc.,
· Strong working experience in Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Testing Process.
· Good analytical and problem solving capabilities. Able to work closely with the technical and Architects teams.
· Basic database Testing and Good XML validation experience is a required.
· Excellent Team Player and Good Communication Skills
