•             Someone to lead the Service Now developers

•             **Ideal candidate will have a Human Resources or Finance/Business Background**

 

 

ServiceNow Development

 

•             Create/Customize Forms

o             New tables

o             Columns

•             Create Applications specific to customer needs

•             Modify Applications specific to customer needs

•             Develop Automation behind Application, Forms, and Processes

o             Business Rule

o             UI Actions

o             UI Policies

o             Client Scripts

o             Script Includes

o             Workflows

•             Create templates and view specific to customer needs

•             Maintenance - Create Scheduled jobs (scripts)

•             Develop programmatic solutions to replace manual tasks

•             Debug issues with in any given Instance of Service-Now.

•             Experience with and knowledge of development best practices

o             Update sets

o             Coding

o             Testing

o             ServiceNow Architecture and Structure

•             Integrate experience with Service-Now and other systems

o             Midserver knowledge

o             ServiceNow Orchestration

o             SAP

o             AD

Service-Now Business Administration

 

•             Perform administration of the Service-Now platform.

•             Provide 2/3rd level support to Power Users and Level 1

 

Skills/Tools

 

•             2-4 Years of experience in ServiceNow at a Senior developer level

•             Javascripting

•             ServiceNow administration

 

Preferred Skills

 

•             Certified Application Developer

•             Certified Implementation Specialist

•             Certified System Administrator

•             Advanced System Administration
