Urgent need of Lead Salesforce Developer--- Only USC or GC Need

Position :                               Lead Salesforce Developer

Location :                              Atlanta, GA

Interview Process :                Telephonic + Skype  

Duration :                              6-12 Month

Only USC or GC Needed

 

Here is what the client wants (Top 3):

•             In Depth experience with SalesForce.com, using  VisualForce and apex development

•             Leadership exp (2 years)  (Team of 10 initially)

•             Web Services

 

Additional Requirements:

•             Full Stack Java Development (Java, REST, SOAP, WebServices, HTML5, JSON)

•             Agile/Scrum

 

 

 

Education/ Experience

• Bachelor degree in an IT-related discipline

• At least 8 years development experience, including hands on experience

• At least 2 years' experience leading development teams

 

Skills and Competencies

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to understand and work well with multiple team members, including developers, testers, business analysts, and product stakeholders

• In depth experience working with Salesforce, including Apex and VisualForce development

• Demonstrated experience working in a Service Orientated Architecture environment, and understanding of good SOA design principles

• Understanding of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics

• Proficiency with all MS Office applications

• Highly organized with good time management skills

• Strong communicator able to work with product management team to understand requirements

• Capable of maintaining work priority and helping development team stay organized for deliverables

• Ability to organize and lead development teams around a deliverable, maintaining team work priority and focus, as well as overall business stakeholder goals

• Analytical thinker with creative problem solving skills and attention to detail
