Job Dimensions:
· Experience managing and leading global project teams across geographies
· Typical programs ?=$1M in budget size
· Experience working in global organizations, across cultural boundaries where
Stakeholders and project team members are geographically dispersed
· The ability to travel both domestically and internationally
· Strong business acumen in the Commercial Domain
· Demonstrated skills interacting with Senior Leaders
· Programme/Project Management certifications preferred
· Demonstrated understanding of quality and compliance
· Excellent oral/written communication, relationship management, analytical and influencing skills
· Proven skills, experience, and track record negotiating across complex groups, managing multiple
medium to high risk projects simultaneously, while meeting delivery, quality, and compliance standards
· Ability to partner with the business to develop innovative solutions that have a major impact
while aligning with business and IT strategy
· Ability to influence people and thought processes without direct authority
· Strong knowledge and experience with suppliers and supplier solutions
· Proficient with Word, Excel, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
· Ability and desire to assist in evolution of internal processes
Requirements/Qualifications:
· 10+ years professional work experience
· 7+ years in project management
· 5+ years managing vendor relationships and managing partner resources
· Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree desirable
· PMP certification highly desirable
· 3+ years' experience in an FDA regulated industry such as pharmaceutical or biotech is highly desirable.
