Location       :   Miami, FL

Eligibility    :   H1 / GC / USC


Skill set / Job description :


·         Working Knowledge and experience in IVR - Routing, Reporting work stream for Call Center or Care Center projects.

·         Knowledge in IVR application, Call Server, ICM, QUEUE, CALLS (Agent Front end Application)

·         Experience to work with business team and active participation in User Acceptance Testing

·         Good working knowledge in Test Management Tools Like : Quality Center, Rational Clear Quest etc.,

·         Strong working experience in Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Testing Process.

·         Good analytical and problem solving capabilities. Able to work closely with the technical and Architects teams.

·         Basic database Testing and Good XML validation experience is a required.

·         Excellent Team Player and Good Communication Skills

Serving as a core member of an agile team that drives user story analysis and elaboration,

designs and develops software applications, and builds automation tools for testing

Owning all technical aspects of software development for assigned applications;

Performing hands-on architecture, design, and development of systems

Performing hands-on software and strategy development, typically spending about 50% of

time actually writing code, conducting code reviews and testing in ongoing sprints, doing

proof of concepts

Driving consistent development practices - tools and common components; Developing

deep understanding of tie-ins with other systems and platforms within the supported domains

Working with technical product managers contributing to blueprints, and assisting with

annual planning of feature sets

Identifying exciting opportunities for adopting new technology to solve existing needs and

predicting future challenges

Mentoring other Software Engineers, may have management responsibilities over 2-3

Software Engineers

Manage your own time, and work well both independently and as part of a team

Work closely with product managers, back-end and other front-end engineers to implement

versatile solutions to tricky web development problems

Quickly generate and updating HTML prototypes from UI concepts for testing and team

feedback

Finalizing HTML prototypes into Web Applications by integrating with back-end services

Qualifications

This high energy Senior Software Engineer:

6+ years of software development experience and preferably a BS or MS degree in

computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline

Demonstrated experience in paired programming, agile development, application design,

software development, and testing

Thorough understanding of XML, JSON, Web Service technologies, and data structure

fundamentals

Experience with cloud technologies

Experience with Java applications design and development in an Enterprise setting using

J2EE, Spring, SQL DBMS's desired

Expertise in Objected Oriented Analysis and Design across a variety of platforms

A proven hunger to learn new technologies and translate them into working software

Ability to effectively communicate to internal and external business partners on solution

design

Experience with HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Software Version Control Systems

(such as svn, git) required

Experience with JavaScript Libraries (such as jQuery, GWT, Dojo, AngularJS), API's,

Search Engine Optimization, Web Page Optimization strategies desired

Experience with adaptive and responsive techniques

Internationalization (I18N) and Localization (L10N) experience is a plus

Experience with a broad range of software languages and payments technologies is a plus

Experience with design and coding using ETL tools is a plus

Experience with test automation, DevOps and Test Driven Development is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

Develops solution architecture and platform blueprint of IT platforms within a dynamic agile

environment

Identifies technical solutions and business process improvements to support business and

IT strategic direction

Closely work business partners (like product owners) to share and direct architecture

practices that may affect business solution delivery

Advises project teams on architecture and design to ensure application development

supports the business and IT strategies

Able to work with third parties to ensure quality and adherence to standards

Ensures key technical design documentation is completed to a high standard

Provides architectural governance, reviewing projects to ensure alignment to architectural

and technical strategy

Identifies opportunities to adopt innovative technologies

Participates with hands-on development in building the solutions

Qualifications

concepts like Separation of Concern, Open Close Principle and J2EE Design Patterns like

Singleton, MVC, DAO, Builder, Business Delegate, Session Facade, Service Locator,

Factory, etc.

Hands-on ability to build quick prototype / visuals to assist with high level product concepts

and capabilities

Strong experience in designing high performance systems using industry best practices,

tools and technologies (e.g. Memcached, MongoDB, SOLR etc.)

Familiar with architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF

Experience with web services and Open API development, as well as SOA concepts

Hands on experience in developing SOAP and REST web services

Proficiency in developing cloud based applications using Angular, Bootsrap, JQuery,

HTML5, CSS3, MDBs, JDBC, JNDI, Spring, Java Beans, XML, XSLT, JAXB, JAXP, DB2, and

various Design Patterns

Experience with continuous integration and devops

Experience with implementing integrated automated release management using tools,
