Ø  Ability to work with the stakeholders to prioritize and raise criticality for the scenarios and cases Provide estimation and staffing as required.

- Evaluate existing processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and supportability.

- Write and analyze adhoc SEQUEL/SQL queries to troubleshoot reporting issues.

- Communicate with key business partners to ensure quality and timeliness of reports.

- Provide thought leadership to team and support the transformation of the solutions.
