Job Title: Java Lead
Work Location: El Segundo, CA
Duration: 6-12 Months

Job Description:
Experience : 6 to 8 years

Technical Skills:
Mandatory:
• Core Java/J2EE, including data structures, MVC design pattern and threading
• JSP and JavaScript
• Web services and xsd
• Relational database design and sql
• Performance tuning
• Exception Handling

Nice to Have:
o Junit & Mocking Frameworks
o Spring Framework
o Agile Methodologies
o Maven
o UML Diagramming

Soft Skills:
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to debug and understand existing code
• Ability to come up with multiple approaches to solve a problem
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team across multiple systems
• Experience in creating detail designs
• Presentation skills.
