Job Requirement

·         Looking for a very seasoned TIBCO enterprise architect to help create the reference architecture and solution framework for HRIT initiatives.

·         The candidate must have in-depth product knowledge of TIBCO suite (EMS, BW, BE, ActiveSpace, and hawk), and broad industry exposure and prior experience in tackling similar problem and scale in other companies.

·         The candidate also needs to be very proficient in written and verbal communications and work with a wide variety of audience from Sr. management, to architects, and to project teams.
