Qualifications Basic
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of experience with contact center and IVR domain SKILLS SET
Preferred
• IVR development experience on Avaya voice portal or Experience portal, Nuance ASR/TTS, VXML, CCXML, Speech/grammars development, CTI. Experience in backend integrations using web services is a must. Hands on experience on IBM web servers is a plus. Good understanding of business logic and ability to map the UI documents to technical specifications and the application.
• At least 4 years of experience on SQL and RDBMS (Oracle 10g preferred)
• At least 46Y years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 46Y years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 46Y years of experience in Design and architecture review.
• At least 46X years of experience in software development life cycle.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience to contact centerXX domain
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
