Job Title: Oracle PL/SQL Developer
Location: New York City, NY
Duration : 6+ Months
Interview : Phone and F2F
Required Skills:
The person has over 10 years of Oracle and Perl/Shell Programming experience.
Preferably, this person needs to have strong Money Market knowledge and expertise in Finacle Treasury applications is a significant plus.
This person will also help co-ordinate all the testing with the India team and will be the primary interface with the development and support staff in India.
This person will be the Senior Developer for all the three regions of Americas, AsiaPac and EMEA.
This person will report into the Global IT head for Money Markets
Bachelors in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a Reputed University
At least 10 years of experience with Unix/Shell/Perl programming and in working with Oracle DB using PL-SQL
5+ years of Java experience on enterprise/Beans platform
Very good communication skills is paramount.
Being able to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with traders and users at various levels is very important
At least two years of support of a trading or other mission critical application is required.
Familiar with Money Market concepts and/or Finacle Treasury system is very desirable but not required
