| Roles & Responsibilities | - Requirements Analysis, Test Design, Test Data creation, Test case creation, automation, test execution, troubleshooting defect with the developers - He/she should display leadership skills and not just take orders in regards to the project work - He/she should require minimal technical leadership and should be willing to take lots of initiative - Capable without having to evaluate or rewrite their code, means should be self-reliant in complete his/her own work without need of oversight from others - Willing to ask questions and then take action; solution oriented - Need to have excellent communication skills to interact with customer |
| Good Experience in skills | - SQL/MySQL scripting - Experience with relational databases (Oracle, Sybase) - Test automation using Junit, Selenium, JMeter - Documentation experience – test plans, test cases, defect reports/tracking - Healthcare |
