Job description:
· This particular request specifies BA's with organizational change management skills.
· Please submit candidates that have skills in HR more than actual system business analyst skills.
· This position is responsible for functions on projects of moderate to high complexity by working with business and technology partners within multiple functions to align impacted areas to an Organizational Change Management plan.
Responsibilities include/ Design & Execute Plans:
· Integrate and deliver all change management activities across work streams.
· Develop and use tactical and targeted change management plans-including culture and leadership analysis and gap/fit/action planning, initial impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, communication plan, sponsorship roadmap, training needs analysis, business readiness assessments as well as cultural and incentives assessment.
· Design and deliver key messages / communications, analyzing and sharing "what's changing" information about the work and organization; manage the development of training strategy and overseeing training delivery.
· Support & Coach Managers: Provide direct support and coaching to leaders at all levels (e.g. VPs, Directors, Managers and Supervisors) as they help their direct reports through transitions.
Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in learning, communication, org behavior, org development, or similar field.
