Project Scope- duties of position

 

 

Help architect Java applications in a multi tiered environment.

Create diagrams and documentation for application and infrastructure architecture.

Help develop and debug Java applications for complex problems pertaining to Health Commerce System

 

PART A:  The ONE MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:

 

Technical Architect-Expert-  Candidate must have a full 84 months work experience  as a technical expert centered around Oracle, Java, J2EE  technology, designing and implementing Information Technology solutions

 

 

 

PART B:   Requested Desirable  Qualifications:  The numbered qualifications below are not mandatory, but candidates should meet or exceed in duration and skill set target asked for, at least 4 of numbers 1 through 7. 

 

 

1.  84 months overseeing development progress on medium to large-scale technical projects and assuring deliverables and project scope are met and well documented

2.  84 months of experience in the design, implementation and deployment of Java/J2EE web applications, and web services.

3.  60 months experience in developing Oracle database schemas, tables, procedures and permissions.

4.  60 months of application testing experience including design and implementation of unit, integration and load testing plans

5.  60 months experience designing secure applications. Experience should include the use of security APIs, transport and message layer security, encryption and decryption algorithms for data security.

6.  60 months or more of working on large scale projects which require integration of multiple authentication sources and single sign on. Experience with SAML, Multi factor authentication.

7.  60 months or more of using version/source control, continuous integration, deployment and testing.
