Responsibilities 1. Project Planning, Execution, Monitor and Control 2. Project coordination activities 3. Stakeholder management and status reporting 4. Risk Management 5. Contribute in Design ideas and code reviews 6. Gather and report metrics on release deliverables 7. Skills Candidate should have experience in the above responsible activities, while developing real world solutions specifically in any of the following areas as their primary skill:
1. Minimum 10+ year of total experience 2. Experience in managing large and complex software projects/programs 3. Had prior experience on design, architecture skills and coding skills 4. Possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal 5. Strong decision making and prioritization skills; have experience executing complex production schedules with dependencies and competing priorities 6. Ability to establish rapport, credibility and influence across a large, matrix organization 7. Comfortable upholding organizational values and best practices, while balancing competing time-to-market pressures and maintaining business relationships 8. Able to anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve problems on the fly 9. Passion for delivering an excellent user experience for both business-users and customers 10. Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment where ambiguity and short turnaround schedules are the norm 11. High degree of ownership and accountability Qualification Bachelor's degree |
