Position: ORACLE, SQL AND UNIX  

Location: RICHARDSON, TX

Duration: 3+ Months (3 to 6 Months)

Experience: 3-6 YEARS

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Overview
- Production Support of ATT Mobility/AMDOCS CSM Telegence 
- Work effectively with offshore teams.
- Planning Upgrade support with Onsite and Offshore teams
- Write shell scripts and quantifications
- Support during production outages
- Answering customer queries
- Analyze and mitigate production issues 
- Analyze and recommend process improvements
- Initiate pro-active efforts in order to increase efficiencies
- Production Impact Analysis of functional enhancements 
- Spot checking production, ensure smooth delivery and quick stabilization

Requirements
* Strong working knowledge of ORACLE SQL, C/UNIX, Pro*C and Unix Scripting
* Strong working knowledge of Office software
* Must have excellent communication skills 
* Understanding of the wireless business
* Affluent in Amdocs tools and techniques
* Understanding of interaction and interfaces between multiple billing systems and ability to interact with customer and business organizations.
