Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant

Location: Columbus – OH

Duration: 4+ Months

SAP HCM 5 – 7 Years in Implementation/Rollout projects

Technical/Functional Skills: SAP HCM with experience in US payroll and Benefits

 

Experience Required:

·         Good consulting  and customization exposure in the following areas

·         Organization Management and Personnel Administration

·         Payroll (US payroll)

·         Taxation

·         Benefits and Administration

·         Talent Management

·         LSO

·         Experience understanding and writing PCR's

·         Payroll Year-end activities.

·         ESS/MSS

·         SAP Portal knowledge

·         Time Management systems (Positive and Negative)

·         Knowledge of HCM integration with other modules like Finance, Production Planning is required.

·         Good knowledge on the End to End HCM business processes

·         Exposure to HR Data Migration is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         HCM Configurations related to company divestitures

·         Support the service settlement payroll and assist in preparing the data for data migration as part of divestiture activities.

·         Prepare documentation (Config Guide / Functional Spec / User Manual Etc) wherever required.

·         Plan and Execute Unit / Integration testing for Cross-module processes

·         Cutover Planning and execution

·         Support User acceptance testing

·         Conduct End user Training

Generic Managerial Skills:

·         Good communication – Oral and Written in English

·         Profound co-ordination skills

·         Good stakeholder management skills

·         Provide regular status updates to Project management team

Education:

·         Technical/Business Administration Degree. SAP HCM certification  is preferred
