Job Description

 

Title:  Web Developer

Location: San Diego, CA

Duration: 1 year

Interview: Phone than Skype. Locals preferred..

 

Engineer-Java Software:

• We are looking for a Senior Web Application Developer.
• You will work closely alongside UI/UX designers, other web developers to implement a next generation UI framework and suite of applications.

 

Responsibilities:

• Design and build UI architecture, components, and customization for a suite of Single Page web applications.
• Must work closely alongside UI/UX designers, web engineers to implement a next generation UI framework and applications.
• Must have an intimate, working understanding of modern web applications and MVC concepts (HTML5 , CSS3, Javascript and associated frameworks).

 

 

 Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years software or web (agency or product is fine) development experience
• Angular experience is mandatory.
• Bachelors in computer science, web development or equivalent industry experience.
• Solid grasp of OOP/OOD.
• Experience building large scale web-based RESTFUL applications
• Experience with Javascript MV* frameworks (Angular, Ember, Backbone etc.)
• Ability to write maintainable and Testable code. TDD/BDD experience required
• Modern/Emerging Web standards (Upcoming ECMA Standards, Node, NoSQL etc)
• Comfortable on command line cross platform (mac/linux & windows)
• SCRUM/Agile Experience
• Experience with multiple SCM & Continuous Integration and Build

 

Bonus (Nice to haves):

• Model Driven development experience (UML).
• Experience with native Mobile UI development.
• Experience in desktop application development (Win/Mac/Linux)
• Server Side Development (Node, MEAN, LAMP, NOSQL, SQL etc.
• Build System Experience (Perforce, Gradle, Maven, git )
