Location: Ohio

•             10-15 years of experience in managing projects and subsequently large IT programs

•             Program managed at least 2 large ERP based transformational programs specially Global rollouts

•             Proven experience in BaaN roll-outs, LN preferred

•             Excellent communication and ability to manage and translate business needs as IT programs

•             Ability to manage multi-site environments & coordinate instances, people and project teams

•             Strong monitoring & reporting capabilities

•             Excellent presentation skills and ability to present to top management

•             Great analytical skills, ability to ascertain risk, good negotiation skills and conflict resolving capabilities

•             Expert communicator both to IT and business
