 Position              : Clinical Data warehouse with Oracle Exadata

Location             : New York City - New York

Duration             : 6 + Months

Experience         : 8-10 Years                                                                                                                                                    

 Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required :

·         10 + years of experience in Enterprise Architect /Solution Architect

·         Responsible for overseeing the development of the product and solution suite for Population Health with 

·         To provide architecture consulting across the business, applications & data domains and be able to create/refine a market-ready solution portfolio

·         Bring credibility and leadership in development of technology in the areas of care management application, patient-centric solutions and analytic tools

·         DWH Data Modeling and BI Visualization (Exadata exp)

·         Understand & analyze Healthcare Provider/ACO organization business needs.

·         Translate business requirements, develop business cases, and recommend solutions.

·         Create current state and future state workflows, perform requirements gathering and analysis for Population Health Management applications including clinical, claims, and operational workflows

·         Analysis, design, configuration, validation, implementation, integration for Care Management & Population Analytics applications

·         Be customer focused, meet with customers/end-users to identify provider' s system objectives & needs

Desired Skills & Experience

·         Atleast a Bachelor degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education

·         Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in managing PHM engagements as an Enterprise Architect. 

·         Experience in facilitating Discovery Sessions & Workshops with end users and IT team to drive out detailed business requirements, and communicate to all audiences

·         Ability to collaborate with Clinical and IT departments with minimal guidance from project sponsors. Excellent communicator, able to speak clearly and authoritatively to audiences of subordinates, peers, supervisors, and senior company executives. 

·         Proficient in managing business requirements and design solutions around the key population health platform functions like  

·         Care Management & Treatment Planning

·         Patient Engagement & Outreach 

·         Population Health Analytics 

·         Clinical Decision Support Engine aided workflows

·         HIE Integration & Clinical Interoperability  

·         Strong understanding in the use of clinical and fi

Mandatory Skills: Clinical Data warehouse , Oracle Exadata, Data Warehousing, BIDW Architecture , BI DW Analysis and Solution design, Branding and Thought Leadership
