Job Title: Production Support Analyst

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration: 12+ months

We are currently looking for a member who can provide production support for Dental products application suite. Troubleshoot

application production issues. Respond to critical application outages or issues. Drive to root cause and resolution. Provide on-call

support for after hours batch processes. Follow release management processes for implementing baseline and production break-fix code

changes. Partner with Delivery Management team to ensure a smooth transition from enhancement and project teams to production

support team. Ensure that service level agreements are met.

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with SQLPlus, PLSQL, SQR, OracleForms, Unix, UC4, Perl, Shell, Toad, .net, SQL Server databases, Hyperion,

BO, Informatica

• Understanding of Dental Insurance – HMO, PPO, Indemnity

• 3+ years of experience in a highly integrated environment

• Ability to write influential emails – to force action, decisions and descriptive emails – right level of detail in clear, concise manner

• Ability to know when to arrange a meeting

• Action oriented

• Confident to speak up when requesting needs that will help Prod Support success (for example, making sure the delivery team/project

teams are considering PS in their designs)

• Not afraid to request help vs spinning wheels

• Ability to locate and use pre-existing documentation

• Ability to update documentation or create new documentation

• Knowledge of SDLC

• Knowledge of integrated testing

- Experience working with onsite/offshore model

- Ability to work independently and within a team

- Works well in a fast paced, high pressure environment

• Knowledge of Claims, Providers, Dental Offices, HIPAA 837 would be a plus.
