Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, India
Duration: Full time/ perm position.

Akvarr Inc. is a Virginia, US based company started by entrepreneurs and supported by industry professionals. We are founded in 2008 and grew stronger and faster than many of the companies in the IT space.
We are operating from 28 states in US, and want to have our foot print in all the 50 states by end of FY 2015.
In the process of expanding we started our operations in India based out of Hyderabad. Our India operations began in 2011 under the name of Akvarr India Private Ltd and we are expanding in cloud, Big Data and mobile markets.

Responsibilities:
Lead generation & prospecting to build new clients by using cold calling techniques, email, referrals, etc.
Identify new clients for providing staffing solutions.
Recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
Management of new opportunities, including existing ones i.e. forecast future activity, expand service offering, and explore new opportunities within existing clients/new clients.
Follow-up with all parties involved in submittal process, interview, placement and post placement
Negotiating Rates/ Contracts and Revenue Generation
Develop relationships with hiring / business managers of clients
Ability to work effectively with team members.
Required skills:
Candidates with 10+ years of experience in US IT Staffing & with 7+ years of experience in interacting with clients (US Staffing), and having extensive company contacts, and consistent track record of reaching targets.
Strong experience in lead generation for IT services in US market through strategies such as -cold calling/Email/Networking/market research activities.
Candidate should have Direct Contacts With The T1 Vendors, Implementation Partners Or Clients in USA.
Candidates having minimum 3-4 existing contacts with T1 Vendors Or Implementation Partners Or with Direct clients and managers are preferred.
Must have prior experience with accounts like Infosys, Tech Mahindra AND Comp Aid Inc.
Identify new clients in US for providing staffing solutions.
Ensure to achieve the monthly targets before the deadlines.
Must have a commitment to the quality/value of results, open communication and privacy/confidentiality issues
Strong understanding of the US IT Staffing and Recruitment market
Must have exceptional verbal and written skills, phone and in-person interpersonal skills and presentation skills
Meet revenue and bottom line targets
Must work in US shifts. (Night Shifts).
