We are seeking BA-CRM for NY Client,C2C.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analytics role including: strategic planning, business model analysis, process definition and design, system analysis, management and monitoring, and/or requirement definition
• Excellent technical writing which will result in relevant, useful, and accurate information geared to assist Technical Architects to enable the creation of a robust architecture/design document
• Proven analytical/technical aptitude evidenced by 5 or more years of successful experience in a quantitative role
• Problem solving skills evidenced by demonstrated results in past positions

• Experience eliciting requirements and delivering key documents with CRMs focused on Human Services
