Skills
Four (4) years of current experience as a Programmer/Analyst with in-depth problem solving, troubleshooting and research experience; AND
BA degree Computer Science or related field; OR
Combination of experience and education that demonstrates the ability to perform the job.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
· Strong programming, development and analytical skills. Experience in designing and writing C#, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
· Experience with some or all of the following technologies is preferred: ASP.Net MVC, JQuery, SQL reporting services, SQL Server Integration Services, Windows Presentation Foundation and Microsoft SharePoint.
· Ability to write clear, concise technical documentation.
· Ability to translate complex business requirements into well-engineered and integrated technical solutions.
· Ability to test computer programs or computer systems to verify accuracy and completeness.
· Exceptional troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
· Effective communication skills and experience in oral and written communication.
· Ability to create and implement effective partnerships.
· Ability to work and serve effectively with management groups, staff members, and vendors.
· Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, management, vendors and customers.
· Ability to work in a team environment.
· Demonstrated skill in the analysis of complex written materials.
· Must be able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
