| Job Description | 1. Exp – 7-8 years, senior Technical Lead/ Developer profile with atleast 4 years of relevant skillset experience 2. Skill set a. Primary – IBM BPM hands on with knowledge of IBM WODM b. Preferred – IBM WODM hands on 3. Should be able to understand requirements, propose BPM design solutions, work with integrations teams, high quality development, configuration, test support and deployment of the overall solution 4. Should be willing to work in the 2nd shift which involves overlap with US Eastern timezone 5. Should have worked in Agile projects 6. Should have strong communication skills as he will have direct customer interactions |
