Role : QA Lead

Location : San Francisco, CA

Contract: Long term

Rate: $55/hr on C2C

 

Note: Need to have experience with at least one scripting language.  Should also have understanding of Unix.

 

General Description:

Extensive experience in mobile testing, planning, documentation.

Strong aptitude for learning new technologies.

Proven abilities in the following disciplines: mobile software test planning, test case script writing, script development and documentation.

Lead a team of QA engineers. Provide guidance and ability assign and monitor tasks.

Successfully convey information to stakeholders at many levels.

BSCS or equivalent.

Essential Functions:

- As part of a team, the individual will be responsible for:

- Understanding test requirements and formulation of test cases   

- Developing, implementing and executing test plans

- Contributing to, creating and developing test automation strategies

- Investigating found problems and drive their resolution

- Writing test reports

- Test Optimization

- Provide team and project leadership

- Participate in technical discussions within the team and with other groups within Business Units associated with specified projects

- Provide guidance and mentoring to more junior engineers
