SFDC  Business Analyst
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 6+ Months
 
Need H1B copy before submission
 
Responsibilities:
1.       Must have strong understanding of the Salesforce Modules.
2.       Solid in the administration of Salesforce
3.       Must be able to facilitate client sessions
4.       Ability to perform Salesforce configuration
5.       Must be able to assist in the design, blue printing and configuration of the modules that are being implemented
6.       Must have experience in documentation, visio, use case documentation, test case documentation
7.       Ability to provide the appropriate Salesforce solution for the task at hand.
8.       Knowledge of the working platform
9.       Healthcare knowledge is a major plus
10.   Some familiarity with Microsoft CRM functional modules is a major plus
11.   5-7 years of experience on CRM with at least 5 years on SFDC is a must
 
Additional Job Responsibilities:
1.       Resource should have business analysis and (preferably) project management background.
2.       Build clear requirements for each customer engagement.
3.       Strong understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and limitations and can clearly communicate those to customers.
4.       Lead discovery workshops, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.
5.       Responsible for identification and inventory of customer process pain points and gaps in best practices.
6.       Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into technical process components.
7.       Role will need to be willing to 'train the trainer'.
