Detail Job Description:
The Lead Developer, SOA will be a leading expert in SOA strategy, design patterns, delivery methods, and technology. Client's enterprise service bus is built using TIBCO technologies, and TIBCO experience is strongly desired. The Lead Developer will understand requirements/specifications and develop functionality that meets those requirements and complies with specifications. The Lead Developer will support existing and new functionality. The Lead Developer requires strong understanding of SOA technologies, how to work within an SDLC, software architecture, test automation, and highly-available systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build solutions using SOA technologies including TIBCO BusinessWorks
Support SOA technologies including TIBCO BusinessWorks solutions in production, including problem resolution

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years using SOA technologies including TIBCO BusinessWorks
Minimum of 5 years working with XML and SOAP or REST-based web services
Bachelor's degree in any area of study that requires analytical/mathematical computation
Must-have Requirements:
SOA technology experience is required
Must be able to communicate with peers in IT and with business stakeholders
Must have strong problem solving skills
Must have strong understanding of the SDLC, preferably both waterfall and agile
Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Visio
Experience in UNIX-like Operating Systems
Additional/Desired Job Requirements:
JAVA development experience a plus, especially with JAX-RS or Apache CXF
Experience with JIRA, SVN, and Eclipse a plus
Experience with Oracle BRM a plus
