· You are responsible for providing technical leadership to small size/complexity/order-value projects.
· You are expected have depth of knowledge of specified technological area, which includes knowledge of applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products and frameworks.
· You would be responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals (RFPs).

Experience
· 6-10 yrs. of experience in US Customs Compliance and International Trade
· Extensive experience in U.S. Customs Automated Commercial Environment (ACE)
· In-depth knowledge of customs valuation methodologies.
· Experience with Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT), Importer Self-Assessment (ISA), Focused Assessment Audits is desirable.
· A minimum of 3 years in IT industry is a plus
· Should be able to work and
· Good understanding of mapping business requirements to technical requirements
· Good understanding on various EDI messages (Customers, Carriers, Govt Agencies, Customs etc.,)
· Should have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
· Should be very dynamic and have worked in agile projects
Job Description
· Understand requirements, elaborate requirements based on Customs experience and knowledge, get the requirements validated by customer
· Prepare BRD/FRD, SRS & Design documents if required, get them approved
· Liaison between Customer and project IT team to eliminate gaps in understanding of functionality
· Actively participate in testing and validation
