Location               : Dallas and St Louise

Duration              : 6+ Months (6 to 9 Months)

Cloud Integration Engineer – Cloud Center of Excellence

Job Description:

As a Cloud Integration Engineer, you will work closely with the Cloud Center of Excellence technical team to deliver Proof of Concepts and Customer Solutions.  You will be responsible for installing, implementing and integrating Cloud based solutions, including client products.

As our ideal candidate, you will possess strong technical experience in the areas of OpenStack, Linux OS, Blade Architecture, IP Networking, Databases, Virtualization, and Automation.

Qualifications:

TECHNICAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND EDUCATION:

• Education - Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
• Hands on experience installing, configuring and deploying Openstack solutions.
• Experience in an agile development/deployment environment
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps implementation/tools
  
• Systems Integration Experience
• Extensive experience in Linux
  
• Extensive experience in IP Networking and troubleshooting
  
• Extensive experience in Shell scripting and automation
  
• Good experience with databases and storage solutions
  
• Good understanding of various Cloud models and understanding of Cloud principles 
  
• Hands on experience installing, configuring and deploying Openstack solutions.
  
• Experience in an agile development/deployment environment
  
• Well versed with virtualization, technical solutions architecture background for server, storage and/or network virtualization
  
• Working knowledge of different types of hypervisors (Hyper-V KVM, VMWare Hypervisor, Windows Hyper-V)
  
• Experience working with architectures using different cloud computing software such as OpenStack, CloudStack, etc.
  
• Good understanding of cloud security and compliance models
  
• Good background with virtual networking technologies, virtual switches, software defined networks
  
• Knowledge of Elastic scalability and Hybrid Clouds is a plus
  
• Knowledge of Client cloud related portfolio and offering (ECS/ECM/EVA/etc.) is a plus
  
• Cloud or Virtualization certifications is a plus
