•    Experience translating functional specifications into technical specifications
•    Experience creating and executing test plans
•    Strong interpersonal skills
•    Strong technical skills
•    Possess the following professional Competencies

o    Problem Solving
o    Listening
o    Process Management
o    Technical Learning
o    Presentation Skills

NICE TO HAVE:
•    Experience working with the Microsoft suite of products including Team Foundation Server and Test Manager
