Role Title: IT Business analysis and Pharma/Clinical trial experience

Location:  Groton CT, and Bonita, CA, USA

Experience (yrs) : 10-15 Yrs

Term:  LONG Term (12-18 months)

 

We are looking for Subcons with 10+ years of extensive experience in business analysis and Pharma/Clinical trial expertience but not in Healthcare/hospital. Please do not share healthcare profile with less exp as BA.

IT Business Analyst with Experience in coordinating /managing Clinical Trial Operations, especially CRO/Site specific operations. Knowledge of Clinical Trials, Site Selection, Site Feasibility and assessment   

Required

·         Ph.D or Master's Degree with minimum 10 +Years of Experience or Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent with minimum 10 Years of experience required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education."

·         At least  6 Years of experience with expertise in Clinical Trial Operations, Site-specific business processes, Clinical Project Management with CROs.

The 'Hard' BA Skills	Requirements Analysis and Documentation  - Modeling skills - Business Process Modeling, Business Process Improvement., Use Cases, Workflow Modeling, business rules, Lean Six Sigma	High Must
	CABP Certified	Highly Desirable
Soft Skills for the BA	Excellent Communicator	Must
