REQUIREMENT DETAILS:

 

Position: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Rocklin, CA 

Duration: 6 month- 1 year contract

Rate: $30/hr on C2C

 

MUST HAVE: 

- 2+ years of experience in requirements gathering specifically focusing on Service Delivery

- Familiarity with UNIX, AS400, Storage, ServiceNow, Network engineering, voice engineering 

 

Overview:

- 2+years direct involvement / experience with Service Delivery. - This is a new position within the Client's team

- Must be technical and be able to speak to technologies within IT Infrastructure and Application Architecture.  The individual will not be designing systems nor troubleshooting but rather drive requirements gathering for Service Delivery and work intake

Have the ability to engage TDS Technical teams to understand current technologies used by client and the standard offerings for Architecture Infrastructure builds.

- Must be service oriented and provide exceptional customer service.

- This individual will not be managing projects

- This individual will not be working on production support tickets

- I need a documentation/requirements gathering wizard!  Someone who is passionate about technology and can seamlessly document Service Delivery Requests

- Have exceptional communication skills and be able to lead WebEx sessions and coordinate Service Delivery dates with the teams – this person will be emailing, meeting face to face, conducting WebEx sessions, leading conference calls and also working 1-1 with various levels of individuals

- Must be able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc. with no training.
