looking for someone with experience in implementing analytics applications over Hadoop.  
Required skills:

Big Data:  Hadoop Ecosystem

Software engineering: Experienced programmer, someone who enjoys coding in languages like Java, Python, Scala and also has deep expertise in Databases and SQL

Analytics: R or SAS, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics,

Must have BS/MS in Computer Science. Good communications skills
